We will provide all the cleaning equipment and materials except bleach, oven cleaner and bin bags.
In some areas we can provide a professional deep clean of both hobs and ovens at a small additional cost. If you use this service, ALL cleaning materials are supplied.
One-Off and Spring Cleaning
One-off cleaning is thorough cleaning for customers who do not need a cleaner on regular basis but just want one when the need arises.
One-off cleaning includes the same duties and tasks as spring cleaning.
For a one-off or spring-cleaning visit we require a 2 hour minimum per visit. For your guidance, we know from our experience that a complete top-to-toe Spring Clean of a fairly well-kept three bedroom house can take up to 10 hours; however, we will advise you of what can realistically be achieved in thehours you choose to book; we would recommend booking more hours rather than less as you’ll only be charged for the cleaning done.
After Builders Cleaning
We will clean up after your builders, and we will make your home dust free and completely spick and span, just as you would like it. In a few hours your property will be spotless and sparkling again.
After Party Cleaning
We offer a complete after party cleaning service available at any time that’s convenient for you, seven days per week.
- cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers inside and out, remove stains, marks, dirt and finger prints*
- clean the fridge and freezer inside and out*
- clean the hubs and oven outside*
- clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks where possible
- clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
- clean the extractor over the cooker*
- clean and wash the sink, *remove lime scale and polish
- clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints where possibledust lamp shape and light switches where possible
- hovering and mop the floor (if not carpeted)
- steam cleaning of tiles and floors making it germ free (charged extra)
- clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
- clean and wash the bathtub (shower cabin), polishing the tabs
- clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, *remove lime scale
- polishing mirrors and glasses
- clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
- clean the cabinets inside and out (if there are any)
- clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
- hovering and mop the floor
- clean and dust the fan (if possible)
- clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints
- steam cleaning of tiles and floors to remove stubborn dirt and kill germs (charged extra)
- clean and wipe down doors and the door frame
- any furniture outside only – *inside on request and additional time may require taking the belongings out and place them in after cleaning them
- any sofas will be vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and vacuum underneath
- move light furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind
- clean and wipe skirting board
- clean and wipe and radiators
- dust picture frames and lamp shapes
- clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
- clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside, if the client require it could be done inside as well – extra time may be required to take the belongings out of the wardrobes, clean inside and put them back

*Cleaning Tasks marked with Asterisk can take twice the time to perform. Please allow plenty of time when such task is required of the cleaner. Cleaning of walls, venetian blinds, inside oven, furniture’s and certain appliances needs to be specifically agreed on during booking, as the take considerably longer time to complete and quote may differ.
